Exercise 3: Push Sled or Farmer walk
B. Strength Conditioning
Alternate Emom as far as you can max out power clean (Time cap 20 min)
Odd: 1 power clean (ascend by 5% and start from 50%)
Even: 10 Burpees /12 or 15 Burpees over bar (choose one and stick with it)
*Scale Power Clean with 3 reps Sumo DL
